What do we do?Small-Steps Charity Pyrenees Bike Ride 2023
From July 3rd - 9th 2023, a team of 36 cyclists will be taking on the challenge of climbing four of the most feared climbs in the Pyrenees covering 540 kilometers and the total elevation gain is over 6,900 meters. We are taking on this challenge to raise money for Small-Steps Charity, a volunteer-led organization that supports causes that are focusing on unmet needs. Every penny of your donation will go directly to these two projects. MAHAN Project Our child malnutrition project with MAHAN since 2018. The project covers villages from resource poor hilly forest tribal area of Melghat, Maharashtra for more than 20 years. We will sponsor the entire cost of treating malnutrition for over 500 children with severe malnutrition every year! STREEKSHA Project A program that aims to bridge the current gender gap in professional education and financial independence for women in rural India. We are sponsoring the entire cost of University education for 3 women scholars for 3 years (2022-24) |
Who are we?Small-Steps Charity is a fundraising charity which helps to realise an unmet need. We target areas not already supported by larger mainstream charitable organisations.
Our work focuses mainly on Health and Education (Children and Women). We support and fundraise by organising sporting, cultural and social activities for. We are entirely volunteer-led. 100% of the funds we raise go to our causes. |
